Turoa's Giant Chairlift is now operating, with the Yahoo trail open. The lift had suffered a breakdown recently but was repaired late last week. Over the weekend the Parklane and Movenpick chairs operated along with the Alpine Meadow and Wintergarden platters. Turoa is now charging their full rates, $39 for an adult day pass, for skiing. Up until now they had been charging $21 per day because of the limited facilities available.
