Singing event planning gathers momentum
Labour Weekend s choral singing convention "Sing Aotearoa" has been included in international choral calendars. Plans for the event now include a parade, which organisers hope will represent all facets of Waimarino life including carrots, skiing, the pulp mill, marae, schools, the Wanganui River and the Tongariro mountains. Dignitaries to attend include Sir Edrriund Hillary.
