Police typist eats mice!

You've heard of the cat on a hot tin roof and cat burglars, well how about a cat burglar on a hot cop typewriter. The Bulletin phoned the police station last Friday and office manager Nicole Le Bas picked up the phone in mid-protest at the actions of a cat that was in police custody at the time. The fiendish feline was stealing the show on the typewriter and was walking across the keyboard, inventing words as it went. The mice eater wasn't on the job for long, it could only claw a few words a minute. P.S. There's more! The cat left the typewriter and went and sat on Ian Meredith's car roof, pretending to be a flashing light. He drove off and it was only the speed-of-foot of Nicole that stopped the puss from embedding its claws into the metal, to become a permanent fixture.
