BY CLARE FENN If you were passing the Waiouru Community Hall last Sunday, you probably couldn't help but notice Plunket's Monster Flea Market in progress. Various community organisations and individuals hired stalls for $10 each tc sell goodies from pottery, second-hand books and picture frames to candy

The project organiser Junior Rangihuna, says that "the $250 raised will be spent on buying new carseats, baby cots and high chairs, that are hired out to the community and to help pay for the Plunket Nurse's petrol which amounts to about $360 per month. Plunket also donated $350 to the

Community Midwife for the Apnoea Monitors." Waiouru Plunket normaliy hold two fund raising activities a year and the flea market was the last event for the current committee. Next month a new committee will be elected and Junior Rangihuna says that more parental support would be appreciated.
