RAFTS BACK ON RIVER, DUCK BREEDING ENDED
The three month pact between the Department of Conservation and commercial rafters to keep rafting off the middle section of the Manganuiateao River finished last Friday. This year's pact is the second, with the idea having been tried successfully last year. The Manganuiateao hosts the largest whio I population in the North Island.
