Video promo party

A video 'party' is to be held this Thursday night at the Waiouru Camp Cinema and a large crowd is expected to attend Waiouru's first ever video promotion night. The promotion night will go under the name of "The Top Gun Video Party" and is a fund raising venture for the Waiouru members of the New Zealand Army Ski Team who will soon attend the European Ski Expedition. Organisers promise

that the whole evening will be full of fun and those who attend will be treated to the latest music video releases. A marquee will be set up outside the camp cinema and refreshments will be available from inside the marquee. The 'party' will start off at 7pm and will rock until midnight. The videos will be played through the latest state-of-the-art video and sound system which incorporates a master volume control,

a compact disc system, a tape deck, a remote control video date, a hi fi video cassette recorder and an impressive equaliser deck. The system was recently purchased as part of updating programme for the cinema. Party goers will be able to dance to favourite video clips which will be screened on the big screen and at the same time have a 'Top Gun' evening at "the Waiouru Camp Cinema.
