TOUCH RUGBY

Touch Rugby was played last Tuesday November 14. The competitors were welcomed by game organisers and then introduced with a demonstration game by two Waiouru teams. With the demonstration game completed the draw was announced and the Waiouru Touch Rugby Summer Competition got underway. The competition organisers have been very impressed with the response from teams and say that there is still room for other teams. With the weather getting better everyday and men, women and students participating, organisers say this could be the summer game to play. All games are played Tuesday afternoons at 5pm on Hamilton Field. If your team hasn't registered ring Michael Henson telephone 56-111 extension 7618.
