WOULDN'T YOU LIKE TO BE IN HER SHOES?
"Oh bliss! Tm glad I didn't put pantyhose on after all with these shoes - they feel so cool and comfortable," may have been the thought going through the mind of a certain local lady recently as she gracefully presented the trophies at a large Makaranui gathering. Later she glanced at her feet and realised that all the time she had been standing in front of her peers, she was wearing someone else's shoes - there for all to see. She'd slipped into the shoes nearest her gear after her game - a pair not even a similar colour! (Probably nerves - the shoes' owners may have been wandering around saying how someone with a lot of nerve had swiped hers)
