Tumblers travel

Turoa Tumblers junior girls travelled to Wanganui on Saturday 4 " November to compete in the Boys and Girls Open Championships. Jenny Murdie, Katrina Marsh and Jessie Pope competed well in grade 8. Denise Waerea, Caralie Abbott, Kerri Allerby and Kelly Swain competed in Grade 7 with Kerri coming third in the tumbling.

On Saturday November 11 the Tumblers had another successful open morning with over fifty eager 'would be' gymnasts enjoying the fun of working/playing with the sport of gymnastics. Thirty dollars donated will be sent to the Murray Halberg Trust for crippled children. Thanks to all who supported this venture.
