Raetihi electrician

By

Donna

McGrath

Registered electrician and owner of Bowers Electrical, Alan, and his wife Win, will be enjoying their 30th year in business in Raetihi this year. Alan and Win are formerly of Hawera. Alan works in repairs and servicing and in earlier years in wiring and Win works as salesperson and with enquiries. The shop was originally a bake house and

has been renovated over the years and now accommodates a range of Sharp, Simpson, Hoover, Tellus and Kenwood appliances. The business carries a limited range of guitars, and a range of music cassettes which aims to keep up with the top 50. Alan and Win say they enjoy Raetihi and have met a lot of friends while in business.
