Jumping continues

New Sensations Supply Company Limited is still operating its Hapuawhenua Viaduct bungy jumping service, after being placed in receivership on 18 October. Debenture holder Alan John Hackett appointed the receiver, Kevin Harold Peterson on 18 October. Mr Hackett also runs a bungy jumping operation, near Queenstown. He and New Sensations

manager Chris Allum set up the Ohakune bungy jumping, the first such commercial operation in the world. Chris Allum told the Bulletin last week that the receivership was a technical problem for the company and that he would be making a public statement on future plans soon. He said bungy jumping in Ohakune would continue through the summer as planned.
