MIRO HILL PEGS GONE
The road edge marker pegs on Ohakune's Miro Hill road have been taken or knocked over four times this year which has led councillor Bruce Thompson to ask if "cat's eye" type markers could be installed to deter vandals. He said the markers are essential on the hill as without them accidents are likely.
