NEW COUNCIL STAFF APPOINTMENTS
Four Ruapehu District Council staff appointments have been made in the Waimarino, as part of a "first wave" of the transition process to the new council. Under the Corporate Services Directorate, Edith Moore has been appointed Administration Officer and Sue King Administration Officer/Service Centre for Ohakune. Under the Community Enterprises Directorate Don Sattler has been appointed as Area Manager South, and Jef Fahey has been appointed part time building inspector. The "second wave" of appointments were advertised internally with applications closing on 8 September.
