Netball reps from Waiouru

Leanne Barclay and Alison Montgomery from Waiouru have been chosen for the Central Districts Union Representative Senior Netball team. Leanne and Alison were in Napier last weekend playing in the Trust Bank Tournament. Both Alison and Leanne play for the 'Pirates' team from T aihape in Saturday competition and are also in the Taihape Representative Team. This sees them train-
ing three nights per week of which one involves travelling to Marton for the Central districts team training. The Central districts team will be involved in tournaments most weekends from now right up to the 'National Tournament' which will be held in Hamilton this year at the end of August. This tournament is a week long and involves all top New Zealand netball players. The New Zealand team and Young International team are chosen at this time.
