New bank officer

As or last Monday June 19 BNZ Waiouru has a new Executive officer. The new officer, Mr Russell Kane has moved to Waiouru after spending the past six years in Levin as Customer Services officer for the BNZ. Before taking over the position the previous Executive officer, Mr Petre worked a week with Mr Kane showing him the ropes and in-
troducing him to members of the community. Mr Petre has since moved to Woodville to take up his new position there. So far Mr Kane says he has found staff and members of the community friendly and welcoming and is enjoying his new role. Russell Kane is a keen squash player and is also considering taking up golf. Mr Kane is married and has a nine month old daughter.
