Ohakune Garden Club held it's May meeting at the home of Merrilyn George. Flower Competition results were: Flower of Choice: lst, Edith Beavis; 2nd, Peggy Frew; 3rd, Peggy Frew. Berry: lst, Merrilyn George; 2nd, Sue Blackburn; 3rd, Jude Freegard. Shrub of Choice: lst, Bea Barnes; 2nd, Nita Wilde; 3rd, Lorraine Taylor.
