THANKS TO BRASS BAND

The Waimarino Brass Band has received praise for their part in Waimarino Anzac day services over the years, from the District Council. Councillors agreed the band was an essential part of such services in the Waimarino. "Without the brass band Anzac days would loose much of their "gloss", for want of a better term," said Mayor Workman.
