The concert and dance on "Wednesday, October 30th. was quite a success, friends from Auckland, North Albertland and Port Albert, as well as Te Arai and Kaiwaka helping with a' good programme. Mrs. Noble opened the concert with a pianoforte solo, and the general management of the pragramme was left in this lady's hands.
The violin duets of Miss "Wharfe. and Miss Bacroft, were quite tv treat, and met with a round of apjjlause that they had to repeat. Mr. Drake sang his songs in fiiie style, and we
