nxfhr. : -. | A me ating of the Warkworth .School Committee w§s held on Tues. jday August 22nd. The chairman, Mr, T. Wjui©, the Eev, G. Frost, and Messrs. J. Ramsay and ftR, Wai"|n being present. The minutes of the previous meeting weie read .and .confirmed. The secretary reported that he had made applications to the Board to have the porch and gutter repaired which hgtd been granted, and Mr, C. Thomson had undertaken, to do the work; A circular from th.c Board informed the Committee that th« Govern* ment intended pressntihg the schoo] with a New Zealand ensign p> be had on application. - The Secretary was instructed to ap* ply for tip same.. Messrs, Upton & Co's account for stationery £1 16 6 was ordered to b. paid.
