Tamahere Station.
« Our creamery is now open, and there is a fair number of suppliers. What a contrast this place is to what it was twelve months since. Then we had a great difficulty to get sufficient suppliers to guarantee to get the creamery now we are going on first-rate.. I heai there are several new suppliers this season, two more ft ora Eencourt Estate and another new settler thai; boughMr. Baker's farm. There is nothing like the dairy industry to make a place go ahead. Now if this place wa3 ii Taranaki there would be a store, pos and telephone offlc j, school, andblick smith's shop here. I think th^re woult bo a good opening here for them, foi energetic men with a little capital. Th< Waikafo will soon be able to rani with Taranaki, and be styled the lane that, flows with milk and money.—Owi Correspondent.
