GIRAL RETURNS TO MEXICO CITY
LONDOiN-, February 16. Senor Giral, until recently Premier of the Spanish Republican Government in exile, bas been interviewed at Shannon airpoirt on his way to. Mexico City, where he hopes to resume 'his old job of Professor of Chemistry at the Polytechnic Institute. He said he hoped to return to Paris next May for a eonference on the new administratron set up by the parties out-side -Spain, but he added that he did not think the administration as now constitutgd could take over ,in Spain.
