APPROACH TO GERMAN TREATY DISCUSSED

LONDON, Feb. 16. The deputies for the F oreign" Ministers of the Big Four have been discussing the best way of commencing talks on the German problem. It was •igreed provisionally that all the Allied countries should be g'iven full opnortunity to present their views. The deputies, dealing with Austria, again discussed Yugoslavia's claim ngak.st Austria.' Britain, France and Austria all opposed the claims. No agreement was reached and the deputies decided to recommend to the Mosccw Conference that, the Austrian frontiers be fixed as they were at the beginning of 1938.
