CRICKET TEAMS
The following players have been selected to play Whakatane ' at Whakatane on Saturday: — E. Andrews, W. Higgins, G. Hobbs, W. . Costello, M. Curtis, D. Rose, W. Brown, P. Lyle, R. Hill, T. Costello, S. Godsalve, Garner. Players will assemble at the Road Services corner at 7.45 a.m. The following will represent Old Boys' cricket team in .a match to be played against Sehool at the High School on Saturday at 1.30 p.m.: Sherriff, Thomas,'Ryan, Chate, Beale, Clague, Drury, Brown, Burghan, Morland, Higgins. Following is the draw for the first games in the second round of the McLean Cup competitions to be played on Saturday: — City-Albion v. Kahukura at Kuirau Reserve. High School v. Old Boys at Schocl. Ngongotaha v. R.S.A. at School.
