LONDON, Feb. 9. With snow falling in London, there is no sign of any break ih the weather. Power cuts have been preeipitated, and thousands have been thrown out of work. The weather forecast is for more frost and snow over most of Britain. In the north, the wind brought fresh drifts to nearly cleared roads and raihvays. It is the same story in many parts of Europe and latest messages say' that the Fiat motor works in Northern Italy will have to close because of a pcwer shortage.
