GIRLS' MARCHING TEAM FLIES TO DOMINION

AUCKLAND, last night. A party of 12 young 'girls have arrived by flying boat from Sydney. It was for most of them their first trip by air. They are the champion Australian girls' marching team and band and they are to make a tour of the North Island, culminating with a Contest with the winners of the New 'Zealand girls' marching champipnships at "Wlanganui on February 114. Their ages range from 15 to 21 years, and they come from Tamworth, • New South Wales, where they ate typistes and shop assistants. They are to 'leave Auckland to-morrow for New Plymouth, where they will give their first public display.
