T NEW, DELHI, Feb. 2. The position in the Punjab is much the same as yesterday. There are definite signs of imprcvement in the affec-ted areas. A Punjab Government communique says that some of the people arrested during the week have been given a year's imprisonment. A few have apologised and been set free. a
