Level-Crossing Accidient

Two persons were injured when a motor truck and a shunting train eollided on the King Street crossing, just north of Upper Hutt railway station at 4.17 -p.m. yesterday. They were Kathleen Burkett, a nurse at the Wellington Public Hospital, and Donald McHolm, P. & T. Department employee, of Lower Hutt. Miss Burkett was admitted to the Lower Hutt Hospital suffering from concussion, and McHolm was treated at the hospital and permitted to go home.
