India's trade boycott, South' Africa is planning a factory ifi Johannesburg at a cost of £500,000, to make 15,000,0'00 jute bags a year'. Equipixxent is to be sent from Britain. There was every possibility that India wotild never regain control of the Youth African jute bag market which it haid before ixnposing sanctions, said Mr. H. G. Kenney, contx-oller of jute bags.
