Negotialions In Paris, Rome And Athens LONDON, Jan. 21. In three of the capitals of Europe — Paris, Rome andl Athens — talks are continuing to-day in an attempt to form new governments. All the French parliamentary groups are meeting this morning to define their attitude to the cabinet which M. Paul Ramadier is trying to form. A message from Rome says that the talks there are likely to he aimed at a government which will represent as many parties as possible. There is a similar suggestion from Greece, where the Parliament has adjourhed until Thursday to ^nable the Prime JVIinister to conduct negotiations for a coalition. Civil servants in Greece have gone on strike because they want higher pay.
