) LONDON, Jan. 14.. Repcrts reaching Vienna from Budapest say that tension has risen in the Hungarian capital, says Reuter's Vienna eorrespondent. Party leaders are conferring with the President, Dr. Zoltan Tildy. The Communists are stated to be demanding the expulsion of all right wing members from the 'Government. High civil servants are reported to be involved in a new wave of arrests. If the Communists succeed in securing the expulsion of the right wing members the Smallholders coruld not continue in office as the governing party. There would remain only a small group of left wing Smallholders who might join the Communists to fc-rm a coal.ition Government.
