A. report circulating here says that Yugoslavia intends to write a complaint to the United Nations unless Britain ,and America hand over certain war criminals to the Yugoslav authorities for punishment. A Yugoslav spokesman says that more than 750 Italian war criminals, who had been certified hy the United Nations War Crimes Commission, were at large in Italy.
