ITALIAN CRIMINALS BEING SHELTERED
Intended Complaint By Yugoslavia BELGRADE, Jan. 12. A. report circulating here says that Yugoslavia intends to write a complaint to the United Nations unless Britain ,and America hand over certain war criminals to the Yugoslav authorities for punishment. A Yugoslav spokesman says that more than 750 Italian war criminals, who had been certified hy the United Nations War Crimes Commission, were at large in Italy. The Note will accuse JJritain and America of deliberate delay in carrying out decisions about the punishment of Fascist war criminals. * A. * V? ' %
