PERUVIAN CABINET RESIGN EN MASS
NEW YORK, Jan. 9. The Peruvian Cabinet resigned en masse after a four-hour meeting, at which it discussed the assassinatio-n fof the editor, Garland, on Tuesday. The director of the paper of which Garland was editor, stated the killing was ordered by- a revolutionary alliance because of Garland's campaign ag-ainst the proposed oil concessions to Canada in Peru.
