General Clay and General Robertson, 'deputy military commanders . of the United States and British zones re&pectively, will meet the Premiers of the German States in- their zones at Minden on January 23 with the primary object of enabling the Premiers to become thoroughly acquainted with the pov/ers of the bi-zonal ageneies formed to carry out the economic fusion. General Clay foreshadowed State ownership of radia stations.
