Motor Camp Receipts Receipts from the municipal motor camp for the holiday season up to yesterday totalled £804, a sum which exceeds last year's total to March 31 by £18. One Eclipse Visible Only one of three predicted eclipses in 1947 will be visible in New Zealand — a partial eclipse of the moon at an inconveniently early hour of the morning on June 4. The moon will enter tho penumbral shadow at 1.49 a.m. The greatest obseuration will oecur at 7.15 a.m. Other eclipses are a total solar eclipse of the sun on May 20 and an annular eclipse of the sun on November 12. Neither of these will he visible in New Zealand. Funeral Expenses The allowable deductions in death ditties were debts owing by the deceased at ihe time of death, but funeral expenses were invariably ir.-' clutled, said the Assistant Commissioner of Lands and Deeds, Mr. W.
