President Truman Urges Greater Immigration
NEW YORK, Jan. 7. President Truman has urged Congress to find ways of admitting more displaced persons to the United States. He felt that the United States had not done its part. He asked that Congress enquire into the strike problems in the United States. America, he said, wanted no monopoly of atomic energy, only safeguard against any nation using it fo-r war.
