INFANTRY AND CAVALRY ARRIVE IN INDO-CHINA
SAI'GON, JanWry 2. French^ news agency reports from here say that infantry anid cavalry r eir_f or c em ent s have arrived in IndoChina. Part of them are for the French troops in the northem province of Tongking. There has been more fighting" around Hanoi where Viet iNam forces launched attacks and continiued shelling the outskirts. The French 'Colonial Minister, who recently arrived in Indo-China to conta'ct the Viet Narn leaders, says that they seem impossihle to appeal to.
