SUDANESE REASSURED OF FUTURE STATUS
KHARTOUM, January 2: The Governor-General of the Sudan has reaffirmed that the administration will continue to prepare the ff-udanese people for self-government so that they can freely choose the future status of the country. He stressed the point that the Sudanese need feel no anxiety that their future status would be affected hy a new Anglo-EJgypian treaty. The constitution and powers of the Sudanese adiministration had not been changed hj7" the recent treaty talks.
