LONDON, Dec. 29. "Mr. Bevin's Labcur critics now i'eel that their policy has- been justified," says the political correspondent of the Obseryer. "They take the view that Russja's more conciliatory actions are the result of theiy demonstration that Britain had ndt irrevocably joined the American camp. "Russia, they say, saw that there was a good chance of detaching Britain from America's influence and at once modified her policy. Russia iormerly believed that there was nothing to be done but oppose Britain and America at every turp.
