Top seorer for R.S.A. in its first innings was Barron, who 'made 30. Laurence was 29 not out, when the team declared, and Holford made 18, 'Rose 17, and Pringle and Spedding 16 each. Only two City-Albion batsmen made double figures in tlieir second innings, Stayt being 14 not out, and Simmers making 13. Bowling for R.S.A., R. Spedding took four wickets for 21 runs, W. Barron two for 1'0, D. Rose two for 13, and I. Laurence one for 6. It is interesting to note that in competition games so i'ar this season, Spedding has taken a total of 22 wickets for 99 runs, He bowled 61 overs, 20 of whieh were maidens.
