WELLINGTON, last night. Aftei' a cfttte to be decided on under the new Health Food Amending Regulations, 1946, power is taken to require that bread must be wrapped before delivery over the counter to a customer. The regulations also • provide that after January 1, 1948, or earlier in certain areas, all bread must -be wrapped before leaving the baltehouse. , These regulations come from the Government, which is coneerned at the manner in which bread has been handled over the past years, and the numerous complaints received on the subject.
