FREEDOM FOR VOTING AT PERSIAN ELECTIONS
LONDON, Dec. 19. The Persian Prime Minister, in a bi;oadeast from Teheran, has denied that the Government is limiting- the freedom of Oppc-sition candidates standing at the coming elections. He said that continued efforts had been made to ereate security and order so that the voting might be free. That was why the Persian Government troops had been sent to all parts ,.of the country, including the Home Rule Province of Azerbaijan.
