SMUTS HONOURED BY GREEK PEOPLE
' ATHENS, Dec. 14. Field-Marshal Smuts, who is due back in South Africa on Tuesday, is to be made an honorary citizen of Athens. To-night he is to make an address from the steps of the old palace in the heart of the Greek capital. He has already addressed the Greek Parliament, being the first f oreign Prime Minister to do so.
