BURGLARS RANSACK OFFICE BUILDING

AUCKLAND, Last Night. Property valued at £150 was stolen by burglars who ransaeked Queen's Chamb-ers on Thursday night. The intruders climhed a fire-escape at the back of the building and worked their way down from floor to floor. They foreed the doors of many offices and 'littered the roonis with the contents of draws in their search for valuables. Heaviest Ioss occurred on the second floor where one offiee was robbed of English eigarette lighters, jewellery, handbags and other clothing, worth £100.
