ruawaro case again adjourned in auckland

Auckland, Wedilesdky. Charged with the murder of Mrs. Chiistobel Lakey, at Ruawaro about ■October 15, William Alfred Bayly (28), farmer, was to-day l'emaridbd for a further eight days until Wedresday, January 3. A small crowd began to assemb'le about the court at 9.30, biit by that time Bayly had been remanded and was on his way back to Mount Eden . prison. '
