bolivians surrender tjo paraguayan forces

Asuncion (Paraguay), Dec. 11 It was unofficially reported to-day that th'e fourth. and ninth Bolivian army division surrendered to Para'guayans with more than 700 officers land 10,000 troops and large qu'antities of war material. The report of the surrender follow■ed ejarlier official c(ommu)&iques ;by the War Ministry in which the surrinder of 1900 Bolivians was announced.
