(Rec. 7 p.m.) Montreal. Dec. 9. A Los Angeles message states that Mary Pickford has filed a divorce suit against Douglas Fairbanks whose interests, according to his wife, are solely in travel and led to the estrangement in 1930. He is at present on holiday in Switzerland.
