The refusal of Japanese cotton mill owners to accept the terms. agreed upon at. the Indo-Japanese Gotton Conference ha's heen followed ! by a threat to recall Japanese delegates from Delhi' and contmue the ' hoycott of Indian raw cotton. Indian official circles, however, are ' not perturbed by thi's type of oriental bargaining and are remaining firm.
