(Rec. 7.10 p.m.) London, NoV. 29, The Daily Express understands that orders will be gi'ven- for the immediate strengthening of Britain's home defence air force in the event of the Disarmament Conferertee failing. The first move will be to increase the present strength of 42 squadrons to 52 authorised in 1923.
