FURTHER BRUTALITY
YOUNG NEGRO BURNED (Rec. 8.45 p.m.) New York, Nov. 28. A message from St. Joseph, states that Lloyd Warner, a 19-year-old negro, who confessed to attacking a white girl, was hanged and burned across the street from the courthouse lawn to-night by a mob which had to battle with officers and na.tional guardsmen to seize him in the Buchanan County Gaol.
