TRIAL OF DR. WYNEKOOP AND SON ADJOURNED FOR DAY.

Chicago, Nov 28. The trial of Dr. Wynekoop and her son for the alleged murder of her daughter-in-law has been postponed until to-morrdw, as the accused is suffering from a bronchial cough and high blood pressure, and there is a danger of pueumonia.
